Seed Axford Pencil Skirt Dress

The Axford is a pencil dress with a 1960s style foldover neckline. Pleats cross the front below an empire waist. Three quarter sleeves keep it ladylike. It's cut from Couture Stretch in five shades. Add a little jacket for work, or heels for a wedding or dinner.
